Another thing, how would you see the PSSD simularities with propecia issues?
There was this nice article, that also shows that blood plasma hormone levels dont exactly match what is measured in CSF.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28408350

But cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) doesn't necessarily indicate active neurotransmitters either, in fact, its more of a tell in autopsies because its more a reflection of something accumulating AFTER plasma. That means that any neurotransmitter, hormone or drug will be evaluated in plasma before the same concentration can be measured in CSF. Therefore CSF has more variables than plasma values do.

Thats actually the explaination ive been looking for!
Guess it all makes this more of a trail and error exercise.

Bit random addition question, how do you see licorice root in this discussion? I've read it can lower testesteron on the longer term, but seems to have positive effects as well.
I didnt try supplements yet, although ive tried the root as a candy stick, which seems to show some relief surprisingly.

Yeah licorice is no good for testosterone. I've heard of people having benefits from it in the short-term though, it could be due to its actions on GABA thereby promoting dopamine/glutamate. Could also be due to rebooting the adrenal glands. Tough to tell tho.
